How to Apply Detox Foot Patches - not to be used during pregnancy

Step 1 - Firstly remove the Detox Patches from the clear plastic wrapper. Remove the larger piece from the adhesive sheet and discard. Ensure that the area where the pad(s) are being applied is completely clean and dry. If applying the Detox Pad(s) to other parts of the body it may be helpful to secure them with medical tape to keep the Detox Pads attached firmly to the skin.

Step 2 - Place the Detox Patches onto the center of the adhesive patch; ensuring that the writing on the Detox Pad is facing down toward the adhesive patch i.e. the writing side of the Detox Pad is being stuck down onto the adhesive patch.

Step 3 - The Detox Patches (s) are best placed onto the soles of one's feet as this is the place with more than 60 acupuncture points out of over 360 points distributed over the human body. Placing socks over the Detox Pads is recommended during application as this helps maintain a good bond between the Detox Pad and the sole of the foot.

Step 4 - The Detox Patches (s) should remain in direct contact with the body for no less than 8 hours and up to 12 hours. If after 8 hours they are still partially dry then leave them on longer so as to not waste the detoxification and body cleansing process that the Detox Pads undertake. The Detox Pads when removed should be a darkened colour and this colour will get less each day until the detoxification process is complete.
